Fearnley Offshore Supply AS is part of Astrup Fearnley AS, which dates back to 1869 when Thomas Fearnley set up his chartering and agency business.

Astrup Fearnley AS is the parent company of a group of companies engaged in investments, consulting and brokerage. The activities of the group have their origin from the international maritime industry, but the companies cover also energy sector, financial services and research.

The group today employs approximately 250 persons, with the main office in Oslo, and affiliated offices in London, Paris, New York, Houston, Tokyo, Sopot, India, Singapore, Hong Kong, Mumbai, Bangkok, Beijing, Shanghai and Seoul.
