Fearnley Offshore Supply has secured a position as a leading broker and advisor to both Charterers and Owners of specialized subsea construction tonnage as well as seismic research vessels. The highly advanced technology of these vessels require in-depth understanding of clients’ needs and same has been obtained over several decades of brokerage support to most major subsea contractors and owners of this type tonnage. Our track record includes a large number of long term charters, newbuilding projects and 2nd hand transactions of specialized vessels.
Our contribution in all types of transactions span from commercial to technical input. In addition to the standard brokerage services we provide consultancy on charter rate levels and perform vessel valuations. Both charterers and owners take our advice on design-issues and modifications to existing tonnage. We monitor vessel availability on a world-wide basis and update a broad database of all units in the subsea construction support vessel segment. During the recent upturn in the seismic research industry we have been part to several major 2nd hand transactions, vessel modifications and term charters.
